  • 2green chillies
  • 1small piece ginger
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoonred chilli powder
  • 1/4 teaspoonturmeric powder
  • 1 pinchgarammasala
  • as neededCut the vegetables cubes into small
  • As neededOil

    In a kadai heat 1 table spoon oil. Saute chopped onion & green chilies.Add tomato.Saute another 2 minutes Add 1/2cup water. When tomato is done add milk Don't allow to boil add some coriander leaves.salt as per taste.
