Ingredients

  • 2Pandan leave (cut into 3 pieces each)
  • Brown Rock sugar (based on your sweetness)
  • 3-4 slicesGinger (1cm thickness each,skin-off, pound alittle)
  • Fine Peanuts (pre-pack)
  • Glutinous Rice ball (pre-pack, your preferred favour)
  • 500 ml- 600mlwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil water in pot, add in pandan leave and ginger (5- 8min) add in brown sugar (8min)

  2. 2

    Add in glutinous rice ball (5-8min) stir it inbetween so it will not stuck at the pot (ready to served) with peanut at the side

  3. 3

    You may served with the soup or had it with fine peanuts.
