Preheat oven to 400°.

Coat the salmon with oil, paprika, pepper, and garlic.

Bake the salmon for 15 minutes.

Mix the salmon with corn, peppers, onions, shallot, cream cheese, goat cheese, garlic, dill, black pepper, and chopped up mushroom stems in large bowl.

Rinse mushroom caps then stuff with filling mix. Top with 1 slice of swiss.

Bake stuffed mushrooms at 400° for 10 minutes, then broil for 3-5 minutes.
