Check and wash maash daal properly

Boil daal in ample amount of water until it soft. Make sure it is not iver boiled

Strain Daal in a strainer and keep it aside

Heat oil in a pan add inions and fry until soft
- 5
Add tomatoes add ginger paste and all spices except coriander and green chillies. Bonify/fry well

Add boil maash daal amd mix it well. Cover for 10 minutes on low flame

Garnish with coriander and green chillies

Serve hot with afghani naan
