Scott bonet
Black pepper
Ginger and garlic
Spices and.Seasoning
Egg
Crush cornflakes
Veg oil for frying

Wash your chicken drain and keep aside,grate your Scott bonet,ginger and garlic

Then mix black pepper,spices,seasoning and Scott bonet mixture.put chicken inside the Scott bonnet mixture mix thoroughly and leave it to marinate for 30mins

Break the eggs and whisk very well,you will be putting the marinated chicken in the egg and coat with cornflakes.then fry.on medium heat
