Ingredients

20 minutes
3 servings
  • 1/2 cupblack chickpeas, soaked (overnight)
  • 2-3 tbspchana dal, soaked
  • 1 tbspmoong dal
  • 1/2 cuprice, soaked
  • 1.5 cuptamato+ onion+garlic+ginger+greenchilli paste
  • 1/2 tspred chili powder
  • 1/2 tspgaram masala
  • 1 tspcumin seeds
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tbspoil
  • leavesCoriender
  • 2 cupwater

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Take a pressure cooker heat oil add cumin seeds fry for a second. Add onion tomato paste saute for few minutes.

  2. 2

    Now add red chili powder, garam masala powder salt mix well.

  3. 3

    Now add Rinsed dal, chana, rice and water stir well.

  4. 4

    Cover and cook for 4-5 whistle. Garnish with coriander leaves add butter.

  5. 5

    Serve with pickle & curd.
