Wash chana dal and add in pressure cooker with water, turmeric powder and salt and pressure cook till 7-8 whistles. Switch off the flame. Let pressure releases automatically. Now drain the water from dal.

Add chopped coriander, green chilli, grated ginger and all dry masala ingredients and mix well and mash with hands.

Put wheat flour in a mixing bowl and make a dough by adding water slowly. Rest for 15 minutes.

Now take a portion of dough and make a ball and fill stuffing and cover it by bringing the edges in centre.

Roll it with the help of rolling pin.

Heat a griddle. Grease it with butter and put paratha over it. Roast for 1 minute. Flip the side and roast from other side. Apply butter and flip again. Roast till golden.

Likewise make all the parathas.

Cut pieces and serve hot with curd and pickle.
