Savory pastries similar to sandwiches, very tasty and made with the same dough.
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Place the flour in a bowl, add all the dry ingredients, then add the oil and egg. Mix well, then add water and knead until you have a soft, non-sticky dough. Cover with plastic wrap and let it rise for an hour.
- 2
Grind the onion, tomatoes, and pepper, then drain the water. After draining, add them to the meat along with salt, black pepper, and a pinch of spices.
- 3
Once the dough has risen, form it into balls and let them rise for five minutes.
- 4
Prepare a baking tray, grease it with oil, place the dough balls on it, flatten them slightly by hand, add the meat mixture, and bake in the oven until cooked from both the bottom and top.
- 5
For the sausage tray, fry the sausage slightly. In a tray, place some dough, spread it out, and bake it briefly. Then spread it out again, lift the dough slightly, mix the eggs with the sausage, and pour it over the dough.
- 6
Bake in the oven until cooked from both the bottom and top. Serve with the savory pastries. Enjoy!

Turkish Savory Pastry with spinach, red pepper and cheese Turkish Savory Pastry with spinach, red pepper and cheese
"Pogacoh" we call, these are very traditional breakfast or tea time treats in Turkey and have different kinds of fillings : cheese, potato, ground meat, spinach . In this recipe I used corn flour and spinach and kale as well as red pepper and feta cheese.I used 2 cups of corn flour and 1,5 cups wheat flour for the dough. But next time I will use 1 cup corn flour 2 cups of wheat flour instead.I like crunchy taste,my daughter really love it, but I am adjusting this recipe for the better taste. another trick is if you are using spinach or kale, and bell peppers, you sprinkle a tea spoon salt over them, a few minutes later you will squeeze excess water out of the vegetables.or use ground meat with sauteing onions in a small pan with little oil, with ground meat adding salt .pepper and some garlic, maybe some tomato paste for the color, and cool it for filling. California Farm Puff Pastry Sausages California Farm Puff Pastry Sausages
Hot or cold, kids favorite, and great fingerfood for parties and get togethers. Puff pastry sausages are easily made from scratch and freeze well. The ground meat is mildly spiced following a centuries old recipe named after the French city it came from, Toulouse.Cookpad member Li Mon noticed I did not seperate out the addition of flaked seasalt. Thank you Li mon, I recreated the recipe. The medieval recipe, however, used salt because there was no refrigeration in the middle ages.#GlobalApron Hobby Horseman -

Danish Pastries Danish Pastries
I thought that it would be awesome to have a cream puff that was also like a danish. They're even flakier than danishes and have a rich buttery taste. The baking temperature is the same as for normal danishes. Make sure the bread is completely cooled before piping the cream filling.
