Shaljum gosht ka salan

In a pot add oil, onion, mutton,ginger garlic paste and 1/2 cup of water, put in the low flame until meat become tender

Then add chopped tomatoes and all the spices except garam masala powder

Cook it well until oil releases on top then add shaljum cutted into 4 pieces and add water for making gravy and cover the lid in low flame

When shaljum become tender add garam masala powder in the end and garnish with chopped green coriander leaves and green chillies
- 5
Serve with chapaty and boiled rice !
