  • 1/4कप तुर दाल
  • 1/4कप उरद दाल
  • 1/4कप मूंग डाल
  • 4कप चावल
  • 4चम्मच चना दाल
  • 5लाल मिर्च
  • 1/4कप कडी पता
  • 2चम्मच अदरक
  • नमक स्वादानुसार

Steps

  1. 1

    सभी दाल और चावल को धोकर पानी में 5घंटा भिगो कर रखें।

    मिक्सि में पिस कर 1घंटा ढक कर रखें।

    तवा गरम करें और तेल लगा कर डोसा का आटा डालकर अच्छी तरह फैला कर पकाएं।
