Ingredients

1-2 servings
  • 1/2large cucumber, chopped
  • 1big kohlrabi, peeled and chopped
  • 4-6radishes, chopped
  • 1avocado, peeled and chopped
  • 3spring onions, peeled and chopped
  • Generous pinch sea salt
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1-2 tbspev olive oil
  • 2-3 tbspChopped fresh mint
  • 2-3 tbspChopped fresh parsley

Steps

  1. 1

    Put the cucumber, kohlrabi, radishes, avocado and spring onions in a bowl. Add the salt.

    Add the lemon juice and mix.

  3. 3

    Add the herbs.

    Add the oil and mix.

  5. 5

    Serve and enjoy 😋
