Take 8 medium sized and firm tomatoes.

Remove their pulp and make hollow
Slightly cut the top and make hole and remove their pulp. - 3
Take homemade khoya in separate bowl add boiled peas
Add roasted nuts
Mix together
Now add all masale,chopped coriander leaves and chopped spring onion mix all together
Stuffing is ready. - 4
Stuff the tomatoes by adding the stuffing in it.

Preheat the pan add 4 tblsp oil and let it heat in medium flame.

Place all stuff tomatoes one by one and close the lid
Cook it for 5 to 7 minute in low flame. - 7
In the mean time prepare curry mixture.

Take mixer grinder add onion, tomatoes,garlic,ginger, green chilli add all masale and grind till smoothen or make a paste.

Add oil in kadai now add khade masale let it splitter now add tomatoes paste to it cook for a while
Cook and flip tomatoes after evry interval of 3 to 4 minutes. - 10
Cook till they became soft.

The oil is separating from masala mixture

Now add cashewnut and almonds paste
Cook for a minute. - 13
Now add water to it and cook it for 15 minutes in medium flame
Now add cooked tomatoes to it and cook another 10 minutes with gravy - 14
The curry has cooked and tomatoes soaked gravy it's ready to served with roti and rice garnish with coriander leaves.
