2avocados
2 slicessmoked salmon
6 sliceswhole grain bread
1/2lemon
Optional: a few drops of Tabasco sauce

Steps

Peel the avocados and mash them with a fork. Add the lemon juice and, if you like, a few drops of Tabasco sauce.

Cut the salmon into strips.

Spread the avocado on the slices of bread, then add the salmon on top.
