In a pan add oil when hot add mustard seeds Curry leaves when splatter add turmeric red chilli salt and water just 1/4 cup so that masalas not burn you can add dry masalas in 1/2 cup of water too and pour into pan stir

Add rice and saute it so the rice mix well with the masalas

Saute it for 5 minutes your yellow rice are ready garnish with chopped onion tomato coriander leaves or namkin bhujiya sev we love to have it with pickle and hot tea 😊
