Soyabean Tikkis
Steps

Used onion cuter to finely chopped Veggies. Including soyabean, ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste. Add grated boiled potatoes. Mix it all well.

Add salt, samosa masala, corn flour and bread crumbs.

Add chaat masala and make round tikkis with the help of hands. Coat it with dry flour.

Heat up the grill pan. Add oil and place tikkis. Grill it from both the sides.

Serve it with homemade schezwan dip.. enjoyyyyyyyyyyyy
