Bheja Fry
My favourite in simple and easy steps.
Steps

Grind Coriander, Ginger,Garlic & Green chillli into a fine paste.

Marinate the cleaned bheja piece with turmeric powder,Red chilli powder and salt.
- 3
Keep the marinated bheja aside for about 30 minutes.
- 4
Take ghee in a frying pan and shallow fry the bheja till the outer cover turns brown.
