Wash the chicken parts nd put on fire.put ur ginger nd garlic paste, maggi, salt nd seasoning.also add ur onion add water nd close allow to bowl for some minutes.

When done bring it down nd put it in a collender,.

Heat peanut or vegetable oil when hot put onion.

Before puting the chicken in oil u need to sprinkles 2maggi cubes to d chicken nd mixed then fry on frying untill its golden brown put it in collender.

Fry little amount of oil in a pan add grated onion, scoch bonnet nd tattashe.allow it to fry for 2mins, add ur maggi, seasoning nd chicken stock, stir nd add ir fry chicken mixed nd add little amount of water.fry for 5mins nd add ur sliced red bell pepper nd onion.

When done mixed nd bring it down.

Serve with any chilled drink.
