Steps

Piyaz ko slice krlain,lahsun adrak ko chop krlain.timatar ka chilka remove krlain.

Oil garam krain.piyaz,adrak,lahsun saute krlain gullabi hony tak.

Sabit garam masala add krdain.fry for a minute.add chop tomatoes salt,dhania, haldi,lal mirch, & fry for 2-3 minutes till smell ends.

Add 1 cup water & let it cook till piyaz timatar are soft & water dries.

Add chicken & fry chicken in masala.achi tarha bhoon ky 1/2 cup water add kar ky chicken galny dain.

Chicken soft hojye aur oil uper ajye tu harimirchain cut kar ky add krdain.serve krny sy pehly garam masala sprinkle krdain.

Chop haradhania sy garnish krain aur garam roti ky sath serve krain.
