Layered Dilbahar Mango Delight

Take ripe mango peel it and cut into small pieces.in a mixer jar add half mango pieces add sugar. Make mango puree.

Heat ghee on a pan and Roast the bread on both sides until crisp.let it cool.

Now take a serving bowl or tray. Add a spoon of Rabri to it and put a piece of bread on it.now spread mango purée and put some mango pieces over it.pour some rabdi.Place another bread piece and Repeat this Procedure.

On last layer spread Rabdi,dry fruits,mango pieces and saffron milk.

Keep it in the fridge to set and cool down.

After that serve.
