Pan grilled Basa in creamy herbed sauce

Marinate fish fillets with salt, pepper and lemon juice for 5 minutes.

Heat 2 tablespoon tablespoon butter in a tawa. Pan grilled the fish pieces till slight brown.

In a wok heat 3-4 tablespoons butter. Add crushed garlic and suate a little bit.

Add moida. Add continuously so that there is no lump. Add milk and mix well. Add cream. Mix well at slow flame.

Add all the herbs. Add salt, pepper according to taste.

Add the fish pieces. Coat them well with the creamy sauce. Serve hot with steamed rice.
