Kerri Ki methi chutney

Take Kerri and Peel of. And cut in cubes and remove seeds.

Add water and Kerri in pan and boil it.

Cook 10 minutes.

Add sugar and red chilli innit.

Add orange food colour and mix it.

When Kerry is soft do thick in slow flame.

Add veniger and mix it.

Do cold in room temperature and save it in kar for 15 to 20 days.
