Heat a pan add 2 tbsp clarified butter, add cashewnuts, almonds and fry till golden brown and keep it aside.

Add grated beetroot and milk and stir for 10 minutes. As it starts shrinking add sugar and keep stirring while mashing the it slightly.

It will get thicken & butter gets separated.Cover with the lid and cook for another 10 minutes on low flame.

The delicious healthy beetroot halwa is ready for dessert. Garnish it with fried cashewnuts, almonds and silver wark (optional)
