20-25 gulab jamun

1 cupsemolina / suji
1 1/2 cupmilk
4 tspghee
1 cupsugar
Oil
1 tspVanilla essence (optional)
2green cardmum (optional)

In a large vessel add 1 cup of sugar and 1/3 cup of water & cardamom and boil it and make slightly sticky sugar syrup.turn off gas when syrup is ready.

Take a frying pan and roast semolina a little bit add 4 tsp ghee, mix it & add milk and stir continuously until milk absorbed.(don't add water)

Remove batter in plate,let it cool down, add 1 tsp of vanilla escence (for extra taste),smash it and make cracks free small balls.

Heat oil in frying pan put 1 or 2 suji balls and fry until golden brown.(don't stir fastly otherwise it will brakes)

When perfectly fried golden brown directly add in sugar syrup.(don't let them for cool down)
