Ingredients

30 minutes
2 person
  • 4bananas
  • 2 cupsmilk
  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • 3cardamons, crushed

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Peel and cut bananas in a blender add milk and crushed cardamon and blend it

  2. 2

    Caramelize the sugar, later mix it with banana mix well.

  3. 3

    Pour it in glass sprinkle some chopped almonds over it keep in the refrigerator for 10 to 15 minutes and enjoy chilled banana smoothie
