Chicken pandhra rassa (white gravy)
It's an authentic kolhapuri dish.
Steps

Heat oil in pan & add jeera, red chillies, onions cut in cubes & sauté till soft. Add ginger garlic paste to the mixture.

Add chicken into the pan & cook for 3-4 mins. Add water if required. In a mixture add coconut, khaskhas & cashews & make a thick paste. Once chicken is half cooked then add this gravy into the pan & mix well.

Make a fine powder of all the khada masala & add in the pan. Add white pepper powder. Mix it well & let it cook for another 10 minutes. Add water if required.

You can add coconut milk also, thats optional. Garnish with coriander & serve with plain rice or paratha.
