Cut onion into slices

Cut tomatoes into slices

And cut arvi into slices
- 4
Now heat oil in a pan. Just light brown the onion

Now add arvi slices into the pan and fry it

Now add tomatoes and all spices and saute for 5 minutes

Now add a cup of water and low the flame
- 8
When arvi is done add and fresh coriander and off the flame
- 9
Serve with chapati
