Wash aloobukhara nicely.take water in pot.add whole plums & let it cook at medium flame

After a while the skin becomes loose,remove it with help of tongs.

Add sugar & let it cook till plums are soft mushy & easily break by spoon.(sugar apny taste ky hissab sy add krain,agar plums buht sweet houn tu sugar less krdain)

Take off from heat.let it cool a bit.then strain through strainer. All seeds,fiber remain at strainer & juice collects in bowl.press the mash nicely to extract maximum juice.

Pure aloo bukhara juice collects in bowl.discard the seeds & fiber

Add 1/2-1 cup water to adjust sweetness. Add icecubes in aloobukhara sharbt.serve chilled & top up with mint leaves.add basil seeds if u like.enjoy summers with cookpad.
