My daughter never liked healthy food when she was kid. So always had to mix some healthy food with her favorite food. She never liked raagi, but uttapam was her favorite dish. And she loved this dark uttapam.. Curry leaves has lot of medicinal values and enhances taste.. Have added more of curry leaves here..

Grind Ragi to fine powder.

Add it to Dosa batter. Rest it for 4-5 hours. Wash and chop vegetables.

Add salt, chilli powder and chat powder to chopped vegetables. Add water and salt to batter. Pour batter in hot and seasoned pan.

Top it with chopped vegetables. Apply ghee. Cook it on both sides. Serve hot with chutney..
