First we prepare malai for cake.for this take milk in a pan and boil it on high flame for 8-10 minutes when it reduce half then turn flame low and add condensed milk and milk powder.stir continuously. Cook it for 5-7 minutes. When it becomes thick turn off the flame and let it cool.then transfer into a bowl put into fridge for cooling

In a grinder jar take semolina and grind it one time to make it fine. In a mixing bowl take curd and beat well.add sugar and mix.add oil and mix all very well.then add grinded semolina little by little and then add half cup milk.mix very well.cover and keep aside for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes take semolina add 3-4 tbsp milk to make it's consistency properly.add baking powder and soda and essence.mix well and put the batter into greased cake mould.

Preheat the oven on 180° and baked the cake for 35- 40 minutes on 180°.after that check the cake when it's bake properly.take out from oven.let cool the cake completely

Put the cake into a plate. Now take out the prepare malai mixture from fridge and with the help of fork make hole in the cake and pour the malai mixture on it.spread evenly the malai the garnish with dry fruits.
