Take oil in a pan..add vermicelli and roast.. after 3 minutes add semolina to it..roast until colour change.

Add mixture to a bowl.to this mixture add finely chopped onions,carrot,capsicum,finely chopped green chillies,coriander leaves,hing, cumin seeds, pepper,salt curd, water. Mix this well and bring to a semi liquid consistency.

Now grease the Appam Patra and gently put the mixture in each slot. (do not over fill the slots). cover the pan and let this cook.

Keep monitoring the Appams and turn them over to cook well on both sides. You will require to cook this on slow flame to ensure the Appams cook well inside and outside.Now it's ready to serve..
