Raw Mango Jam

Healthy, Delicious homemade jam for kids,
Steps

Take the raw mango, wash and wipe clean, peel the hard green skin with a peeler

Remove the pulp with a knife, take it in a grinder and grind to a smooth paste (do not add water)

Take a deep heavy bottom pan, add raw mango paste, black salt and sugar in it, keep it heat and cook while continuously stirring on high heat

Add one drop green food colour and stir, remove the strach by help of a spoon
- 5
You have to stir continuously till it gets done, to check if it's done, take a drop on a plate and see if any water comes on the sides, if no water comes, then it's ready it is called plate test

Now raw mango jam is ready, let it cool completely and pour in a glass jar and keep in refrigerator for long use

Use only clean and dry glass jar to keep it for long time, relish the taste of this simple yet delicious jam when cold

Note..... Raw mango should not be too tangy, take totapalai raw mango for better result

U can keep it without preservative for a month when stored in refrigerator in a glass jar

You can adjust sugar according to the tanginess of raw mango or to your taste, do not add water in any step
