Ingredients

  • 4 cupsBoiled white chana :
  • to tasteSalt
  • to tasteRed chilli powder
  • to tasteChaat masala
  • to tasteChana masala
  • 1Onion : medium size (chopped)
  • 1Tomato : medium size (chopped)
  • to tastePudina chutney
  • 1Imli paste : tbsp heaped
  • to tasteChole masala
  • 1cupCoriander leaves :
  • 2 tbspLemon juice :

Steps

  1. 1

    Drain boiled chana properly.

  2. 2

    Take a big bowl add chana, onion, tomato and coriander leaves. Mix well.

  3. 3

    Add salt, red chilli powder, chaat masala and chana masala. Mix well.

  4. 4

    Add lemon juice, pudina chutney and imli paste. Mix well.

    Transfer it to a serving bowl.
