Cooking Instructions

Take a microwave-safe bowl keep milk powder sugar and 2 spoons oil mix it well
- 2
Set the timer for 4mins after every min stir and cheque it with a spoon Now the filling is ready

Take a bowl keep maida in it add 1spoon oil using water make a dough cover it for 10mins with a cotton cloth

After 10mins make round balls with a rolling pin make puris put the fillings in the center with a spoon fold the corners using little bit water give it the shape of gujiya

Fry the gujiya in hot oil on low flame on gas from both side until it turns golden pink.

Your delicious Gujia is ready to enjoy.
