Ingredients

  1. 300 gchicken gizzards
  2. 1capsicum
  3. 1onion
  4. To tastesalt
  5. 1little oil
  6. 2 clovesgarlic minced

Cooking Instructions

    Clean and chop gizzards into small pieces. Put in a sufuria with a little water to boil about 10mins

    Slice onions and capsicum. Fry onions in a little oil till translucent. Add garlic and fry, don't allow it to brown

  3. 3

    Add capsicum and the gizzards and stir fry for about three minutes.

  4. 4

    Serve hot as bitings or with veggies and ugali. You can also serve it for breakfast
