Always satisfies the sweet tooth with perfect balance of sweetness and decadent chocolate flavour!!!
Steps

Melt the chocolate in double boiler or microwave. Set aside to cool.

Whip the cream until soft peaks form.

Add in the sugar and whip until stiff peaks form.

Fold in the melted chocolate in whipped cream slowly.

Add a little milk if necessary.

Once the mixture is uniform. Pour in the serving bowls and set in the fridge for an hour.

Garnish with dried fruits, chocolate shavings or berries of your choice. Serve chilled.
