Roasted Poha Balls
Steps

Take a bowl and add soaked poha and grate the potato and add it.

Now add capsicum, carrot, coriander, onion, chilli ginger paste, garam masala, sugar, lemon juice, salt, sesame seeds and mix it well.

Add oats and mix it well.

Now make small balls out of it and then stuff cheese cubes.

Add some oil in appam pan and roast the balls.
- 6
Now sprinkle chat masala on it and serve it.
