Ingredients

  1. 1 cupoats
  2. 1 cupalmond milk
  3. 1banana
  4. 30 gramswhey protein
  5. 1/2 cupblueberries
  6. Honey

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Blend the oat, protein, banana and almond milk together

  2. 2

    Pour the mixture in the fryer pan and turn it around once the side is cooked

  3. 3

    Cover the pancakes with what you like! I chose honey and blueberries. It tastes delicious
