Ingredients

14 servings
  • 4 cupsMaida
  • 1egg
  • 1large size potato boiled and mashed
  • 3tabsp balai
  • 3 tbspoil
  • 1and half cup sugur
  • 1and half tbsp baking
  • Milk just for kneading the dough
  • 2,3tablespoons yoghurt

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a large bowl, mix well all ingredients except milk

  2. 2

    Knead with milk,

  3. 3

    Rest the dough for 30 minutes

  4. 4

    Again knead for just 1-2 minutes

  5. 5

    Cut in round shape with help of glass

  6. 6

    Fry them on low flame

  7. 7

    Ready to eat
