  • 1 bunchmethi
  • 1 tbspsalt
  • 1 tbspred chilli
  • 1 tsphaldi
  • 2tomatoes
  • 1 cupoil
  • 1onion

Steps

  1. 1

    Add oil in pan and add onion

  2. 2

    Add tomatoes, red chilli, haldi and salt

  3. 3

    Mix it

  4. 4

    Clean methi and wash it

  5. 5

    Add methi in masala

  6. 6

    Add potatoes cube and cove it

  7. 7

    When potatoes soft it ready

  8. 8

    Serve with naan or chapati
