Steps

Add wheat flour in a mixing bowl. Add water gradually & knead it to make a dough. Rest it for 10min.

Then knead it again & apply some ghee. Divide it in small size balls in equal portions. Before rolling it dust some wheat flour & then roll it to make round in shape.

Heat tawa on medium flame. Put rolled fulka on tawa, let it cook for a few seconds & you will see small bubbles on the top. Flip it to cook on other side.

Now cook the fulka directly on the flame till it puffs up. Flip & cook a little from other side. Keep the fulka in a plate apply ghee on top. Repeat the procedure to make remaining portions. Serve hot with sabji, dal, kadhi etc.
