  1. 2 cupFlour
  2. 1 cupSugar
  3. 1/2 tspSea salt
  4. 1 1/2 tspCinnamon
  5. 2 tspBaking soda
  6. 4large Eggs
  7. 1 cupVegetable Oil
  8. 1 tspVanilla extract
  9. 3 cupfinely grated Carrots
  10. Optional 1 cup chopped Pecans

Steps

20 mins
  1. 1

    First add dry ingredients then wet and mix till smooth

  2. 2

    Cover mixture and wait till batter is room temperature.

  3. 3

    While you wait preheat your oven to 180°C

  4. 4

    Insert your paper cupcake leaves and pour in your mixture.

  5. 5

    Put your cupcakes in the oven and wait 20min.

  6. 6

    After 20min take out the cupcakes and enjoy.
