First in a big bowl take rava and curd. Mix well. Keep this aside for about 10 minutes. Then add ginger green chilli paste and salt. Add some water to make thick batter. Mix all ingredients well.

Then divide batter in two portions.
In One portion add grated beetroot,mix well. Another portion remain same. - 3
Now take 4 steel glasses. Great it well with oil. Now in both portion of batter, add eno salt. Mix well. Then take gresed glass,first add 1 tsp beetroot batter then add normal batter. Repeat this process and fill all glasses.

Put these glasses into steamer. Steam it for about 15 minutes. Shaded dhokla is ready. Let it cool for about 5 minutes.Then demould it. Cut into small pieces.

Now for tempering - take a pan add oil.Then add mustard seeds,sesame seeds and curry leaves. Pour it on dhokla pieces. Shaded rava dhokla is ready to serve. Serve with chutney.
