Add wheat flour in a mixing bowl and make a dough by adding water slowly and knead with your hands thoroughly. Rest for 10 minutes. Knead again and make small balls of dough.

Roll it in round shape with the help of rolling pin.

Heat a griddle and place rolled roti on griddle and roast. Flip the side and roast from other side also. Flip again and roast for 1 minute. It will fluff. Remove from griddle in a plate.

Likewise make all the fulkas. Serve hot with curry of your choice.
