Soak sabudana overnight or 4 to 5 hours,

Soak samak for 1 hour.

When sabudana has turned out little fulffly.Drain the extra water transfer the sabudana in bowl.

Drain the extra water of Samak and transfer the sabudana bowl.

In a bowl Add chopped green chilli, red chilli booked, meshed potatoes, namak(sendha namak) 2 tbsp Kuttu ka aata,Cumin powder, sabudana Samak and mix it well.

Make small tikkis of sabudana mixture

Now take a pan and oil in it.heat it over moderate flame.once oil heat and put carefully sabudana Samak tikki

And till they crispy and golden brown.

Serve hot with Curd and Flahari Namkeen Garnish with Coriander leaves
