Ingredients

4 to 6 servings
  • 40 graw chewra
  • 25 gpeanut
  • 1/4 teaspoonsalt
  • 1/4 teaspoontatri
  • 1/4 teaspoonred chilli powder
  • 2 table spoonsugar
  • Oil For deep frying
  • 10 gRaisins (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat the oil on medium

  2. 2

    Take raw chewra flakes on a web spoon or strainer

  3. 3

    Fry on medium high till pops dont burn

  4. 4

    Fry peanuts till light golden and crispy

  5. 5

    Let them cool and lastly mix with all mentioned spices

  6. 6

    Store in a clean air tight jar for upto 2 weeks
