1/2 LitreFull Cream Milk
1 CupChenna / Homemade Paneer
1/2 tspsaffron Strands
As neededdry fruits (Roasted Cashews,Almonds and Raisins) for garnishing

Add ghee in a pan then add one spoon sugar and keep stirring until it turns brown then add the milk & keep boiling till it reduces to half in quantity.

Add Saffron strands.

Add sugar and simmer it for 5 minutes.

Add Chenna and boil till 15-20 minutes till it thickens a little

Switch off the flame.

Serve it with roasted cashew-nuts, almonds and raisins for garnishing
