For idli- Take a bowl add suji,curd,salt and half cup of water.Mix it well,keep aside for 1 hour.After 1 hour add some more water to soften the batter than add meetha soda.Brush idli moulds with oil,pour the batter in the idli moulds,place theidlis stand inthe steamer containing with some boiling water,cover with a lid and steam the idlis for 10 mins,mini idlis are ready

For chat-Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan,place idlis on the pan and shallow fry from both sidesfor 30 seconds. Take a big bowl add mini idlis,onions,potato, tomato,cucumber, corn,capsicum, green coriander, roasted peanut,chat masala,salt acc to your taste, red chilli powder, lemon juice, coriander chutney, tamarind chutney.Mix all ingredients very well.

Serve it in serving bowl and garnish with sev and coriander leaves
