In a bowl put washed fish and marinate it with lemon juice and salt for 1 hour.

After that wash it, Now add all ingredients for second marination and gently mix it nicely with your hands.

Marinate it for 30 min.

In a wok heat mustard oil when comes to a required temperature, slowly start putting your marinated fish in hot oil until golden and completely cooked from inside on medium flames.

For chutney :

Put washed coriander leaves,green chillies, garlic cloves, zeera, salt, lemon juice and water in a blender and blend it till become smooth paste.
