Ingredients

4-5 servings
  • 250 gmsRava
  • 100 gmsMilk powder
  • 2 cupsSugar
  • As required Ghee
  • 3-4 clovesElaichi
  • 3 cupsMilk

Steps

30minutes
  1. 1

    Make sugar syrup.

  2. 2

    Take a pan add ghee roast rava add milk and cook the rava add sugar, add milk powder and add elaichi. Continue stirring. Until it forms a good dough.

  3. 3

    Make round balls and fry those in medium heated ghee.

  4. 4

    Soak those gulab jamun in sugar syrup.
