Mix water,sugar and yeast in a bowl stir and let it rest for 10min

Add salt,oil and flour make a dough.
Knead it for about 8 to ten min until its soft and not sticky - 3
Put it back in the bowl and cover with a dump towel in am room temperature for about 1 to 2hrs or until its double in size

Knock it down and knead a bit more
You can weigh 500g shape it in a bread shape,place it in baking tin let it rise for 20 to 30min preheat your oven and bake for 25 min
ie. Baking time is determined by the size of bread
